How to apply DHA Exam in Adilabad

3. 10th and 12th school certificates (mark sheets).
4. Diploma/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree certificates.

8. Good Standing Certificate (From the Registered Council / Association)
9. BLS Certificate (Basic Life Support – only for Nurses Required)
10. Log Book (Only for MS Surgeons)

The verification process in Adilabadis:
