How to apply DHA Exam in Melapalayam

7. Experience certificate (Recent 2 Yrs exp – Graduate’s and Diploma Holders, 3 Yrs Exp for Post Graduates)
8. Good Standing Certificate (From the Registered Council / Association)
9. BLS Certificate (Basic Life Support – only for Nurses Required)
10. Log Book (Only for MS Surgeons)

The verification process in Melapalayamis:
