9. BLS Certificate (Basic Life Support – only for Nurses Required)
10. Log Book (Only for MS Surgeons)

DHA conducts the exam every Sunday in Sheikh Rashid Hospital /behind trauma centre, Dubai. DHA will confirm your exam date after receiving DHA Exam Fee and If you want to give an exam on an urgent basis then the fee will be higher. DHA exam is a computer-based test. The passing score is 60%.
